Pickleball Court Times (Reservations):

Cancelling more than 12 hours ahead of your court reservation is perfectly fine!

Cancelling less than 12 hours ahead will result in a $10 late cancellation fee.

Open Play and Leagues:

MORNING OPEN PLAY (7am, 9am, 11am): You may cancel your registration in Open Play with no penalty up to two hours before closing the day before. If you cancel after the deadline, you must call Smithfield, and you will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee.

AFTERNOON & EVENING OPEN PLAY (1pm, 3pm, 5pm, 7pm): You may cancel your registration in Open Play with no penalty up to four hours before your Open Play session starts. If you cancel less than four hours before, you must call Smithfield, and you will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee.

DUPR (Thursdays, 5pm & 7pm): Same as Afternoon & Evening policy.

TENNIS DOUBLES LEAGUE (Tuesdays, 6pm & 7:30pm): Same as Afternoon & Evening policy.
